On Saturday, June 4, 2022, the ribbon was cut on the new 5-acre Prince William Sound Science Center waterfront campus, a once-in-a-generation opportunity that will make the region and Alaska more competitive for national-level research funding, support high-wage jobs, generate new STE(A)M education opportunities, and advance industries such as mariculture, aquaculture, and commercial fishing.
